MATERIALS
The materials are all of a high quality and harmonise with the themes of warmth and nature. They lend the space a natural, elegant aura that is consistent throughout the entire project.
For example, the façade is made of Nordic spruce. The fronts of the kitchen island are oak veneer with a champagne-coloured quartzite worktop. The parquet flooring in the living areas can be chosen in any colour. The porcelain stoneware tiles in the bathrooms harmonise with the concept. Black fittings in the kitchen and bathroom add refinement to the project. Outside (loggia, attic terraces), large-format porcelain stoneware tiles create a elegant link between the interior and exterior spaces and emphasise the natural ambience.
Quality IN EVERY DETAIL
Façade
The façade is constructed of high-quality, polished Nordic spruce. All transitions and soffits are composed of metal and finished in warm brown tones.
Kitchen island
The fronts of the kitchen island are finished with oak veneer and combined with a champagne-coloured quartz worktop.
Bathroom
The walk-in shower features large-format porcelain stoneware tiles on the walls and floor. All fixtures are in matte black.
Private outdoor spaces
The attractive outdoor spaces (loggias or terraces), ranging from 15 to 58 m², offer partial lake and panoramic views.
