The materials used are of consistently high quality and harmoniously incorporate themes of warmth and nature into the space. For example, the façade made of sanded Nordic spruce, the truffle-gray oak in the kitchen, and the champagnecolored quartzite tiles in the bathroom lend the space a natural, elegant aura – one which runs consistently throughout the entire project.
Outside, large-format porcelain stoneware tiles create a stylish connection between the interior and exterior spaces, emphasizing their natural ambiance.

Facade
The facade is constructed of high-quality, polished Nordic spruce. All transitions and soffits are composed of metal and finished in warm brown tones.
Kitchen island
The kitchen island is crafted from truffle-grey oak, combined with a champagne-coloured quartz worktop.
Bathroom
The walk-in shower is adorned with an elegant quartz wall covering, and all fixtures are in matte black.
Private outdoor spaces
The attractive outdoor spaces (loggias or terraces), ranging from 15 to 58 m², offer partial lake and panoramic views.
